Residence Inn Irvine Spectrum

From the very start, we were greeted by a positive and friendly face. Even though the staff was dealing with a major software outage that affected their operations, the desk staff handled it with great ease and made the customers feel valued and welcomed during the process. The accommodations were very clean and the amenities were plentiful. Our room was of ample in size, very quiet, and off the main roadway. The location was close to the Great Park and just the right distance from the highway.

I like how the unit was fully furnished, with complete kitchen gadgets. It feels so homely and comfortable, everything needed for short or long haul stay were there. The layout, furniture, beddings, facilities and furnishings were well thought out.
